The Lord Says, Trust Me in Everything by Kathy DeGraw

By Kathy DeGraw
"Trust God" is what I have been hearing in the spiritual realm for weeks. When I look up, I see the words "Trust God." I don't know what He is calling us to trust Him for, but I know He is calling us to trust. In my prayer time, I see "Trust God." I have been wondering what He wants us to trust Him for. I'm continually prophetically meditating on the words "trust God." The warning is coming as if something is approaching, as if there is something going to happen in which He needs us to trust Him.

Trusting God is difficult for most of us. I believe we'd like to think we have conquered trusting God, but often as we feel we have finally conquered trusting God, we are faced with a new situation where we aren't, or we have discovered we really didn't trust Him in for the thing we think we have conquered. Over the years, I've had to go through many seasons where I had to work through areas in which I didn't trust God.

I was in worship recently, and the Lord continued to speak to me about the words "Trust God" that I have seen in the spiritual realm. As I meditated and conversed with the Lord about this in worship, I received the missing part of the revelation and further instruction.

He doesn't want us to trust Him just for something big or for what could be approaching in each of our individual lives. He wants us to trust Him for everything and anything that comes our way. He wants us to trust Him in each step we take, every moment we live and every breath we take. He wants us to live in a perpetual place of trust.

Live in Faith

He is asking us to live in faith. Live in a place where we always trust and will respond to any command and instruction He gives us in quick obedience. He doesn't want us to think about what He is asking. He wants us to respond in trust.

Our flesh gets in the way of what the Lord wants to do by thinking about it and visualizing the outcome we perceive. He wants us to act and react in radical obedient giant-sized faith!

Trust isn't just to be for a specific situation it is to be released in every area of our lives. We can't live in faith if we aren't living in trust because faith and trust are interchangeable in the Bible.

We can pray for a faith impartation and increase, but even more so, we will grow in and receive more faith as we walk out in discipline that in which He has called. Faith and trust come by being in His presence and getting to know who He is, a faithful God who doesn't know how to and won't fail us.

I believe 2020 is going to be a great year of revival. I also believe it is going to be a difficult year in the world with the presidential election approaching.

I believe we are going to witness some ups and downs, some glorious things and some challenges that are going to face us this year. I believe the Lord is preparing us now not just to live in daily trust in our Christian walk, but to build our faith and trust in such a way that we cannot and will not be shaken.
