The Shift for Fulfilling the Vision by Pam Clark

By Pam Clark
If you look at other churches and ministries that grow, you will see that they include the other 5 fold ministry gifts of the Spirit and not just their own. There can be a snare though if they just add them to increase their ministry but don't hear. If they favor one ministry over another, (and these things can be easy to do at times), it is like trying to drive with a square tire instead of a round one! But those who truly seek God will find these ministries drawn to them and they will find friends and messages that balance them and move the ministry forward.

There is appreciation and resources too for the needs that press them to meet certain of the different many Body demands. Man is not the designer of this, but seekers will have a vision being imparted to them. If they stay balanced, their ministry will grow. All seekers will have a hunger for these ministry gifts.

One that comes to mind as I am writing this is IHOP (the International House of Prayer).  Mike Bickle is a strong teacher-pastor. He's friendly and caring and is faithful to have many teaching notes that he passes out so "you will get it." He will take a subject and go over all the angles and repeat them until he thinks (as a minister of his organization) that you have it.

But he is a God seeker and in doing that, he met others that blessed him and he incorporated the others, like prophets and outreach ministries (missions and on the streets, which is both evangelistic and apostolic). But he has stayed on track with his gift and calling and has not tried to be another.

Oh we may all try to do or be another from time to time, because the gifts all are impressive, but as good as it is to learn about others, we will find "our fit" in our called gift.  He is a pastor-teacher but he hungered and has welcomed the other gift ministries as he felt he could, and that caused his ministry to grow.  Worshiping God was center.

There are many other ministries and movements like that, and the large ones stand out to us.  And some ministries do not do that and you will find them hitting hard bumps in the road. Yes, even they have to learn that there is a balance among the ministries and that it is not a hierarchy.

Right now there is a shift in the Body because people have grown to an extent and realignment is needed to stay fresh and open to the Spirit and to learning more.

He is the Water of Life

God is God of the Life organism more than the structure organization.

He is Water, He is Fluid and He will penetrate and saturate!  God can come up to a mountain and just slide right around it, or move it, or if needed, go through it! He is the Water of Life and He is watering His Garden!

Remember what I said the other day about the anointing: it means an oil rubbed on to saturate and lubricate and to soak in for absorption.  It makes things pliable for a greater glory, to bring Him glory!!

We are learning more about the other gifts of the Spirit too, and seeing them activated and taught on.  That will increase our effectiveness.  But we must stay on the round balance of the tire. Because we aren't going as far if we have a flat.

We haven't won the world yet. There is still a lot of work to be done! But with Jesus, we know that we can overcome the world.

Is it knowledge, is it teaching? Is it emotions and fulfilling needs? Is it a covering by order, or just collecting hungry souls? Is it just having a dream or a vision to go by? See, it is ALL those things; all are needed ministries.

Pam Clark-The Shifting for Fullfilling the Vision

Shalom Pam Clark,

I believe that you are a seer. God in heaven had to make this information available by of his spirit. The five fold ministry is so desperately needed in the church today.
