Administration exists in absolutely every element of life. In The School of the Scribe I like to define it as the "management of processes, protocols and affairs" that establishes, aligns and propels success.
For the prophetic scribe this releases four indisputable administrative streams identifiable in "tremendous detail" in scripture, history through documentation concerns the lives of God's chosen people in antiquity and in life's design overall.
These three areas include: (1) the administrative writer (life rooted in documenting policy, procedures, protocols, etc.); (2) the administrator of finance and commerce; (3) the administrator (life rooted in administrative development, regulation and establishment); and (4) the supernatural realm of administration (concerned only with spiritual protocols, legislation, etc. and is often tied to intercession and prayer). Each area is important in our efforts to continuously bring order into the Kingdom. But all efforts are not equally understood from a distinctly scribal perspective in its whole place. The Scribal Anointing, meaning an understanding of it, comes to put this in order. In fact, some of the most significant scribal connections in this arena have not been "connected" by most in the church, as this is still an extremely pioneering arena in the first quarter of the century.
It is also important for the administrative scribe to recognize that all three areas can be prophetic... among those who are "prophetic administrative scribes" as it is the Spirit of the Lord who directs their steps and oversees the implementation of what is placed in their hands.
One of the "stuck places" we often see in this arena is a focus on "legislating" by writing. This is an extremely restricting view of the prophetic, creative scribe's office and function in The Scribal Anointing. There is, however, a clear distinction on legislative, judicial and executive releases that should be and can be defined.
Even more significant is that there is not a single place of influence in heaven or in the earth that these areas (specific to the scribal release) are not activated at the lowest level of the foundation of systems and processes to the highest level. Take finance for example, it can be as simple as processing the collection of money in a small ministry to running the national treasury.
Scribal ministry is huge, and we pray daily for the awakening of the congregation in understanding its value, recognizing the stewards of it and advancing the Lord's Scribal Nation.

Just as there are distinctive signs and characteristics for spiritual gifts like apostles and prophets, there are also distinctive signs of prophetic scribes. Those distinctions, when stretched out line-upon-line, unveil layer upon layer of evidence that clearly identifies the release of the scribal anointing operating in the lives of believers today. There are 8 signs easily visible in the lives of those with a scribal calling based on Scripture and biblical scribal history as well as observations and revelation gained through leading, guiding and mentoring others.

I heard Father say, "A fresh release of The Scribal Anointing® falling upon youth and young adults between the ages of 13 and 24." If you are leading prophetic scribes in this hour, be purposely attentive and mindful of the creativity and uniqueness of young people who are being pulled toward technological innovation. There is a group emerging with genius thought and savant insight in some overlooked and uncommon technological areas in the local congregation. The Lord is positioning them as catalysts to revolutionize our understanding of media in the congregation and pioneer in new technologies in our day in "the scribal realm."

I saw prophetic writers delivering reports to people to whom they are in close relationship with. These reports were bound like books with critical subjects on the front cover and spines that were hand sewn. These reports ranged from collections of letters and prayers to prophetic words and promises. The recipients were people who were intimate with the prophetic writer, like parents, children, close friends, or people in close relationship of some sort. They knew the prophetic writer. When the recipient extended the reports to them, the books were simply transferred to their hands and opened. I saw people weeping as they received and heard the Words of the Lord. I heard the word, "Witness report." Amen
