As many of you know, one of my heroes of the faith is Francis Xavier, he moved in dead raising, bi-location, translocation, transfiguration, healing, ecstatic prayer & worship, miracles and wonders, he moved in these realms not just as one off events but as a lifestyle. He saw countless thousands (possibly millions) come to faith in Christ. These are all things that Jesus moved in when he was in his earthly ministry and as such my prayer is always, Lord you said, "these things shall you do and greater than these".In order to overcome the world and to release a dominion surge into the earth, we need to embrace the miraculous not as a one off event but as a lifestyle. Francis was abandoned to the purpose of God in his life; I once questioned The Lord “you seemed to do whatever Francis asked you to do". To which The Lord replied, "because Francis did anything I asked him to do"
Did Francis make mistakes? Yes often, but he knew how to come back into union with the Godhead through abandoned, ecstatic prayer, that had him not walking as Francis the Christian, but as Francis the son.
The Breath of God
The Breath of God is the key component to this life of ecstatic abandonment.
In the beginning God breathed life into Adam. The breath of God also enters every living being, at the point of conception, it is this breath that is the trigger for the raising of the dead - There are protocols to every aspect of our life and the protocol of dead raising, bi-location, translocation and healing is HIS breath.
Breath and blood are closely tied; the scripture says, "Life is in the blood" The life of the blood is breath... first Gods breath at the point of conception, then our breath which carries oxygen, and all nutrients to our body; in order to sustain life there is a gas exchange in the Alveoli.. which is just ONE cell thick. A curtain between dimensions that sustains life. This is the same protocol for entering the realm of the supernatural. The dimension is just one cell thick and there is an exchange of substance “If you like a reversal and redemption,” we slip through the veil in the blood of Jesus and the atmosphere around us changes, from natural to supernatural.
Protocols for Raising the Dead
This word came about because I started to think about the Protocols for raising the dead because when considering the life of Francis Xavier, I figured there must be some protocols he operated in, and I wanted to find out what they were.

Life is in the Blood

Blood is fueled by Oxygen to bring life (blood is the carrier of Life)

Blood contains Breath – first Gods then ours.

Breath is released when we speak, this is the key to dead raising.
The scripture in Ezekiel shows us how speaking to dead, "dry bones" is the key to bringing life again. Three times Ezekiel was asked to declare and speak in the protocol of life.
Ezekiel 37:4-6 (NLT) Then he said to me, "Speak a prophetic message to these bones and say, 'Dry bones, listen to the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Look! I am going to put breath into you and make you live again! I will put flesh and muscles on you and cover you with skin. I will put breath into you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.'"
Ezekiel 37:7-8 (NLT) So I spoke this message, just as he told me. Suddenly as I spoke, there was a rattling noise all across the valley. The bones of each body came together and attached themselves as complete skeletons. Then as I watched, muscles and flesh formed over the bones. Then skin formed to cover their bodies, but they still had no breath in them.
Ezekiel 37:9-10 (NLT) Then he said to me, "Speak a prophetic message to the winds, son of man. Speak a prophetic message and say, 'This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, O breath, from the four winds! Breathe into these dead bodies so they may live again.'" So I spoke the message as he commanded me, and breath came into their bodies. They all came to life and stood up on their feet - a great army.
There's an authority that we carry through the Word (which is the breath of God) that enables us to speak life to into dead bones. It's in the breath that He gives us that authority over all principalities. Our DNA is the breath of God in us, and as it comes out through us, it brings an atmospheric shift. I think if we truly realized the power that we carry, we would see more of Heaven here on earth as Francis Xavier did.
