God is Realigning the Church!!

For so many years the church has been at a place where we have been beaten up and worn down. Since the early 1900's, we see where God has been dealing with and straightening up His people.

God has been bringing back to my memory the story of the woman who had been bowed over for 18 years.

¹¹ And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. ¹² And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. ¹³ And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

This woman has been looking at the earth, the dust, or we could say the dirt for 18 years.

This woman has never been able to look up and see that her redemption draweth nigh. She has never been able to stand up straight with a backbone of steal. Imagine her talking to people and never being able to look them in the eye with confidence.

The Church is Getting out of The Mud!

The "woman" in the Bible has always been a type of the church of Jesus Christ. In Genesis, we see where man was made from the dust of the ground.

This woman represents where the church has been for many years now, always viewing the earthly realm. Walking by sight and not by faith.

We have allowed the world, even the religious system, to rule over us and put us down. God says, "My Spirit is about to be poured out like living water upon all flesh." Like Joshua at Jericho, God has given us the city! God is molding and shaping the church to stand up straight again so we can view the heavens! There is an awakening taking place in the body of Christ where the Spirit is "opening the eyes of the blind" to the reality that we are already seated in heavenly places.

We are at a place in history where a paradigm shift must take place in the spirit. The Lord will come to make the "crooked" paths straight again. Get ready there is a straightening taking place!

The phrase "turn your swords into plowshares" is indeed a well-known quote from the Bible, specifically from the book of Isaiah 2:4. The verse reads, "And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore." The phrase is often used as a metaphor for the idea of transforming destructive tools of war into productive tools for agriculture, and by extension, promoting peace and prosperity. It is a call for people to lay down their weapons and seek peaceful solutions to conflicts, rather than resorting to violence.
