The Missing Puzzle Piece by Caleb Wampler

During a recent prayer time, the Lord took me into a vision that I believe is pertinent for the body of Christ as a whole, and more specially for YOU today. To start the vision, I saw a puzzle that was missing a piece. There was a group of people trying to find the missing piece and, pun intended, it was puzzling everyone as to where it could be.The scene changed before I saw a hand brushing some type of "find" in a desert setting. The hand was brushing an archaeological fragment that was still stuck in the ground.

During a recent prayer time, the Lord took me into a vision that I believe is pertinent for the body of Christ as a whole, and more specially for YOU today.

To start the vision, I saw a puzzle that was missing a piece. There was a group of people trying to find the missing piece and, pun intended, it was puzzling everyone as to where it could be.

The scene changed before I saw a hand brushing some type of "find" in a desert setting. The hand was brushing an archaeological fragment that was still stuck in the ground. While I don't know too much about the details that go into what an archaeologist does, I do know that when something is found, great care is taken to ensure the safety of what is found. There is a great intentionality and care to preserve the finding. As the hand continued to brush this find in the ground, I realized that it was the missing puzzle piece.

As the rest of the piece was brushed off, there were three giant letters written on the puzzle piece. The letters were YOU!

I then heard the voice of the Lord speak to me and felt an urgency to share what is on His heart.

Stop Pointing the Finger

I heard Him say to stop pointing the finger at each other when issues and problems arise. It is imperative that we stop allowing division to run rampant through the body of Christ. Let us love one another, stop looking at the speck in your brother or sisters' eye and not the log in your own. Scripture teaches us that even the world can love those they like but it's loving one another through conflict that you have truly found the heart of Jesus. This must be our goal! Let us be a people who rise above judgement and allow the Father to give us His heart for those around us.

The Lord also said to stop looking at your pastor with a critical eye and tongue, saying they should have done X,Y and Z differently. If He has called you to the house that you are in, then submit to your leaders and give them grace. Stop calling out your friends, family and loved ones, pointing out all their flaws. This is not the heart of God! Let us be so thankful for how merciful and gracious He is to us, so forgiving of all our sins and shortcomings. While you were still His enemy, Christ died for you. You were the joy that was set before Him on the cross.

Look with Love

Lastly, the Lord said to stop looking at your enemies and speaking death over them. Take whatever steps are necessary to be able to look at your enemy with love; to see how they were fearfully and wonderfully made, that Jesus loves them immensely and died on the cross for them. Let it be known of Christians that we are forgiving, full of grace, non-judgmental and love radically.

Proverbs 18:21 (NIV) says, "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." When you go before God one day, you will give an account for every idle word spoken. If you found yourself in any of those categories listed above, then repent before the Lord. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness. He is so kind; there is nobody like the Lord!

For God to move throughout the earth in the end-time harvest, He needs a church that is unified and working together. First Corinthians 12:12 (NIRV) says, "There is one body, but it has many parts. But all its many parts make up one body. It is the same with Christ." Verse 24 continues: "But God has put together all the parts of the body" and Verse 27 states, "You are the body of Christ. Each one of you is a part of it."

As soon as you can see your neighbor as someone who the Lord longs to use for His glory, you will help support them and their calling instead of tearing it down. What if you looked at your pastor, friend, family member or enemy as a temple of the living God, who you can speak life or death over? Will you join me in living a life that is full of radical and obedient love? Jesus deserves nothing less for His great sacrifice for us on the cross. Remember, YOU are the missing piece that God wants to use in the earth. He has chosen YOU, called YOU, and YOU hold the beauty He is longing to unleash in this hour. Complete the masterpiece of the puzzle today by being the piece He's designed you to be.
