The Great Releasing

Recently in a time of prayer, the Lord spoke to me that we are entering into a season where a great releasing is taking place in the Kingdom of God. I have seen several visions over the last few years where the armies of the Lord are now on the move after a season of preparation and training. These have been culminating in intensity in the last year, leading me to believe that we are now entering into a season of great releasing on many different fronts in the Body of Christ, the likes of which has never been seen.


 


I believe this supernatural season is beginning with a fresh revelation that our God, by His very nature, is a releasing God. It is for freedom that He has set us free! To be released is ultimately to be free to be who He has created and destined you to be.


 


Jesus is always the one who sends. He is always releasing. Just as in Scripture we read of Jesus sending out His 12 Apostles and then the disciples, we find Him still in the sending business today. The church was always meant to be apostolic in nature and a key characteristic of the emerging restoration of apostolic models of ministry is releasing Him and His Kingdom to the world around us.


 


You are a Releaser

 

As I have sought the Lord in prayer, I am becoming convinced that we are in a time where a great releasing is occurring in and through the church. To begin, He has called you personally to be a releaser. Your destiny includes at its very foundation the mandate to release His love, power, and glory everywhere you go. We are indeed the arks of His presence. We carry Him and His divine essence inside ourselves...and for far to long, a great portion of the church has been content with allowing the glory to remain contained inside the ark. The time has now come for a great unraveling of His beauty and awesome glory that is trapped within the Bride. His glorious, end-times Bride is now being called to release His attributes and share them with this world that so desperately needs them. We are being sent forth to re-present Him accurately and with power.

 


Let's look at a few ways He has been about releasing in the past and up until this present day:


 



  • The Father in His great love and mercy released the Son
  • He then released the Holy Spirit at Pentecost
  • He released His power and authority to His followers
  • He has now released us to release His Kingdom
  • He has released the Good News
  • He is continually releasing His love
  • He is continually releasing His joy
  • He is releasing His fresh revelation
  • He is releasing dreams and visions
  • He is releasing new songs
  • He is releasing creativity and works of art
  • He is releasing a generation of His children into their destinies to change the world 

The Bride's Great Coming Out Party has Begun!

 

While praying for a young lady in a recent meeting, the Lord showed me a picture of her that was really for the church as a whole as much as it was for her. I saw Jesus presenting her as His bride at a great heavenly coming out party. He was so proud of her and took great joy in releasing the news of His great love for her. I watched as her countenance changed as she became aware of the great love and pride the King of Glory took in her. Her confidence, demeanor and beauty enhanced as she realized her true identity and authority. We are that glorious Bride and our great coming out party has begun!

 


As you are released into your destiny, His kingdom is unleashed in His creation! Arise and shine children of God and receive the commission to release His glory to the ends of the earth! The season of Great Releasing is upon us! All of creation is awaiting your launch! Heaven is rejoicing as we assemble and begin to move and build according to His plans!
