As we enter into Purim we are reminded that Esther faced very difficult circumstances, some of which many of the Church faces today. However, like you, she too is such a champion of the faith. During Purim, these days should be remembered (imprinted on their minds) and kept throughout every generation in every family, province, and city, and these days of Purim should never cease from among the Jews, or the commemoration of them cease among their descendants.
Esther faced many problems on her way to become Queen. Yet every step of the journey was orchestrated by God the Father. Many of the twists and turns Esther did not expect in her life, but she could look back and know that The King of Kings made a way for her to endure the setbacks and the setups that give us the victories. That is how true revival is birthed. We must look back at the times of great adversity within our lives and remember what it took to get us through the valley of the shadow of death.
In this season, let us focus triumphantly in Christ Jesus for He is more than able, and will fulfill the call on your life. Desperate times call for desperate measures. That’s what Esther’s life was all about.
Micah 3:8 says, “As for me, I am filled with power and the spirit of the Lord and with justice and might. God says to hear this you leaders of the house of Israel and who despise justice! And distort all that is right. Whoa to you who build Zion with bloodshed and wickedness. You leaders judge for a bribe and the priest teach for a price. The prophets tell fortunes for money.”
In Ezekiel 9:6 God says, “That as Leaders we are to be a spokesman for Him.”
Reflecting the Heart of God
We must speak by the power and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit (Eph. 3:7) and we too must condemn sin in God’s house! It is our job as ministers to reflect the heart of God, to encourage righteousness and to discourage those that follow their sinful nature. We cannot conform to the ways of the world; instead we must be like John the Baptist. The voice of the one in the Wilderness preparing the way for the Lord. It is His Truth, Godliness and Righteousness as Priests, Prophets, and Pastors that you cannot bend to these pressures.
In Jude 1:3 we are to contend for the Faith and come against the Universalism Church. The Faith that has been entrusted to us comes at a very high price. To preach the Gospel and to proclaim Jesus Christ is the unalterable truth given by the Holy Spirit and embodied in the New Testament. However, Faith is the way of life, and we must live in purity.
Stand Firm in Faith
Colossians 1:9-11 says, “For this reason we also, from the day we heard of it, have not ceased to pray and make [special] request for you, [asking] that you may be filled with the full (deep and clear) knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom [in comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God] and in understanding and discernment of spiritual things—That you may walk (live and conduct yourselves) in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing and increasing in and by the knowledge of God [with fuller, deeper, and clearer insight, acquaintance, and recognition].
[We pray] that you may be invigorated and strengthened with all power according to the might of His glory, [to exercise] every kind of endurance and patience (perseverance and forbearance) with joy Praying that God will fill us with the Knowledge of His will through a life worthy of the Lord, and that we will please him in every which way.”
The key here is to bare in much fruit of the work and the knowledge of God. Be strengthened with all power according to His might which we will all have. That will give us endurance, patience and great joy. We must continue to stand firm in the Faith. Do not waiver, for great is the reward. Greater things are coming beyond what your imagination could even envision would happen. Souls upon souls are coming in. Do not give up, for you will see the Glory of the Lord!
As we journey further into this new year of 2021, I believe the Lord is laying the groundwork for one of the greatest outpourings of Revival we have seen – an outpouring of faith and evangelism, and the release of God's destiny upon His people. While this may seem far-reaching, especially in light of the challenges we have faced across the nations in this past season, the Father is calling to you – reminding you of the exceedingly great and precious promises He has for you! He is affirming you that the challenges in your life that have held you back, WILL fall. Threads of past failures, hurt, and rejection will wither away, as His love fills you with a faith like never before.
The Heavens are wide open, and there is a glory cloud on the horizon. To call it a glory cloud doesn't fully describe the magnitude of it, though. I see it more like a glory pathway, because I see glory being released from heaven to earth, on a mission to reach and impact the world with God's glory. Jeremiah 6:16 speaks about the ancient portals of Heaven, which says, "Stand in the ways and see, and ask for the Old Paths, where the good way is, and walk in it." I believe there are ancient paths that are opening up, allowing access to the portals of heaven. It's time to step into the fullness of the Supernatural and the glory of God.
At the end of December 2018, I had a vision. In this vision I saw a huge hawk swooping down from high, thrusting down into the grass to grab snakes that were hiding there away from plain sight. I believe the Lord was showing me that the snakes are like the enemies attacks against your life. I believe the hawk represents how the Lord wants to reveal to you what is hidden and bring exposure to it, so it can be eradicated and rendered powerless in your life. In review of the Jewish calendar, January 22nd, 2019 begins the year 5779. The year 5779 is part of the "Ayin" decade (2010-2019) and the letter "Tet" has the numerical value of 9.
