Concerning the Children: Can I bring life where there was once death? Can I raise life out of death and destruction? The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy — but I came that I might bring life and life more abundantly. Lift up life! Speak life over the children and peace and a sound mind — that they would only hear truth and would reject the lies of the evil one. This is the day when many are giving way to the lies of the evil one, and they are speaking lies over the children. Speak life and break the curses of the evil one! Speak freedom to the captive spirits, freedom to those bound with habitual sins of harlotry!
You have the mind of Christ... what does that mean? If we open up to possessing the womb of His mind, then His thoughts can produce a baby. Let the man-child emerge. This mind is: beyond intelligence, beyond learning, beyond understanding. Here are some ideas on what that means:
"O LORD God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You?" 2 Chronicles 20:6 When faced with what appeared to be certain destruction, King Jehoshaphat set himself to seek the Lord. Today's scripture is part of his prayer. Note that instead of rehashing his fears to the Lord and lamenting about how overpowered by their enemies their small tribe was, Jehoshaphat centered his prayer and thoughts on just how big and powerful his God truly is.
The expression "nobody's perfect" is a familiar phrase, and it's true—I'm not perfect, you're not perfect, nobody's perfect. Hopefully, though, we're all on our way to being more like Christ every day. The apostle Paul said in Philippians 3:12 (AMP): Not that I have already obtained it [this goal of being Christlike] or have already been made perfect, but I actively press on so that I may take hold of that [perfection] for which Christ Jesus took hold of me and made me His own.
The Holy Spirit, an indispensable guide, empowerer, and transformer in our faith journey, is always at work within us. However, certain behaviors can hinder His work. These 7 Warning Signs are not just indicators of actions that quench or grieve the Holy Spirit but also serve as a roadmap to align more closely with God's will. By exploring these warnings, supported by Scripture and insights from contemporary Charismatic and Pentecostal leaders, we can foster a deeper relationship with the Holy Spirit, leading to personal growth and spiritual fulfillment.
A few weeks ago, I had a prophetic message titled "The Double Portion Anointing." I wrote about how Elijah trained and mentored Elisha, up until the time the Lord took him up. Elijah asked Elisha what he wants from him when he departs. He replied: "Please let a double portion of your spirit be upon me." So, he said, "You have asked a hard thing. Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so." The Lord is about to release a greater anointing on many of us in this day. There are those who paid the price, passed the tests, kept their hearts pure, and followed closely after the Lord.
To say we have no voice or say in what happens in our lives is an excuse for not surrendering to the Holy Spirit. We do have a voice but it means we are just living by every whim we have and not by God. Galatians 5:16 TPT tells us, "As you yield to the dynamic life and power of the Holy Spirit, you will abandon the cravings of your self-life." This lets us know that our voices will be dynamically powerful or marked by continuous productive activity and change in an energetic way when we make sure we have left behind our desires and cravings which seem to lead us down the wrong paths.
Christian and secular historians verify that Jesus Christ lived, was crucified, died, and rose from the dead. During His ministry, Jesus also made some very bold claims, calling Himself the Son of God. We know for certain that His statements were true because His words have come to pass. If He were just another religious teacher, His statements would only prove today that He was arrogant and foolish. Instead, they prove He is the risen Savior.
What are you looking for?   It's good to make a wish list and be very real.  But then take it to the Lord and His Word and discern how "on track" you are.  It can be humbling, but it also can be VERY HELPFUL! Then do your best to understand what His will is from His Word and get some things reconciled.  It is probably NOT as bad as what you thought!   The Word will reveal to you what you CAN do - it will give instruction and encouragement!    See how Jesus spoke to people in the four books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John of the Bible.  He reached them!
So shall My word be that goes out from My mouth; it shall not return to Me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:10-11 Due to a rising discouragement concerning unfulfilled prophetic words about the nation, and disillusionment with prophetic ministry in general, I would like to offer some suggestions. Let's use the mistakes of the past to mature into our future and become a prophetic people who rightly represent the testimony of Jesus, who is the spirit of prophecy.
