Martha Lucia is an anointed Watchman/Prophet with an Apostolic call to lay a foundation of prayer and the Word of the Lord in the lives of God’s people. Through fervent prayer and the study of His Word, the Lord has given Martha revelatory keys of effective prayer and divine strategies to see the strongholds of the enemy dismantled and the Kingdom of God established in the local church as well as in cities, states and nations.
Martha relocated to north Florida in 1992, where she heads the intercessory prayer teams for Christian International Ministries Network. In 1996, she was ordained as the General of Intercession, with a mandate from God to raise up an army of intercessors. The Lord has positioned Martha to be a pioneer in the area of teaching intercession, and to bring the Church back to an effective prayer life and strong intercession, including times of spiritual birthing and travail.
In 2002 Martha responded to the call of God to join Christian International Europe. She has focused much of her ministry time in England and has had the opportunity to travel to many other European countries in the 40/70 window teaching and training about the watchman. While in the 40/70 nations she has lead intercessory teams to key locations to pray, prophesy, and decree over the land.

Deception

Matt 24:4-8
4 Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. 6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.
Jesus gave instructions to watch and see to it that you are not deceived. As we look into the scriptures to understand more about the ways the devil will use to see all people deceived we will understand why Jesus warned us about this.
WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE WHY AND HOW do we learn to watch and see that we are not deceived?
There are Old Testament scriptures which warn of deception, but do not carry the heaviness and urgency of the warnings Jesus gave. He knew the things coming on the earth after His ascension would be of greater harm than anything ever existing before.
One scripture that gives us insight into deception from the Old Testament is Ps 36:1-3 – Transgression (like an oracle) speaks to the wicked deep in his heart. There is no fear or dread of God before his eyes. For he flatters and deceives HIMSELF in his own eyes that his iniquity will not be found out and be hated. The words of his mouth are wrong and deceitful; he has ceased to be wise and to do good. Here we see the self deception, which is most of what the Old Testament teaches.
But there is a more fearful thing that Jesus warns us of.
2 Thes 2:3-12
Let no one deceive you, for that day will not come except the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed who is the son of doom (perdition). He will take his seat in the temple of God proclaiming that he himself is God.---------The coming of the lawless one, the anti-christ is through the activity and working of Satan and will be attended by great power and with all sorts of pretended miracles and signs and delusive marvels – all of them lying wonders. And by unlimited seduction to evil and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing because they did not welcome the truth but refused to love it that they might be saved. Therefore, God sends upon them a misleading influence, a working or error and a strong delusion to make them believe what is false. In order that all may be judged and condemned who did not believe in – who refused to adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth, but instead took pleasure in unrighteousness.
