** In 1999 on my first nation wide ministry trip I was scheduled to speak at a conference in Sierra Vista, AZ. near "Miracle Valley" where AA Allen originally had his church and ministry headquarters. It was locked up at that time but a gracious attendant got us inside where we prayed in the "prayer dome" and toured the facility - you could feel a tangible presence of the Lord. It was a only a few short months later that the land was rejuvenated and new vision poured in.
Today Miracle Valley needs our help to continue the great legacy that exists there. There are some urgent needs that must be met to insure such a Christian landmark continues. They literally have a 60 day deadline to meet certain criteria if this great legacy is to survive. My friend Melvin Harter now oversees this great ministry and he would love to hear from you. At 4:57 p.m., January 9, 1958, the deed to 1250 acres, two square miles along Highway 92 between Bisbee and Fort Huachuca, was recorded.
Prophecy given in 1959 regarding Miracle Valley:
"THIS IS MY VALLEY!
"Here have I called My people, yea, have I ordained it.
In the beginning, in the earliest centuries, have I ordained this Valley. When I did lay the foundations of the world, when I placed the heavens above and when I lay the waters of the seas, at that time - that time, did I make this Valley.
Yea, I did walk in it from mountain to mountain. Yea, in this Valley have I called My people and from this Valley shall they go forth and I, the Lord thy God, shall go with them. I have looked upon My harvest and I have said, "Where are My laborers?" There are so few. The fields are white and the sheaves are falling.
There are many that I have called and I have chosen. I have said in My heart, I will set My Valley aside. I shall call My people, those that will hearken unto My voice. I will speak unto My people and I will endue them with power through the Holy Ghost.
Yea, I the Lord have spoken unto My people and I will walk among them and I will speak through them and they shall come from the East and they shall come from the West and the North and the South into this place to prepare here to go into My harvest field. I will pour out of My power and I will bless thee and I will give thee that which thou hast desired."

Miracle Valley was founded in 1958 by world-reknown tent and healing/miracle evangelist, Rev. A. A. Allen, known by all as "God's Man of Faith & Power."
Miracle Valley has a rich history. Literally thousands of people attended the great month-long Camp Meetings at Miracle Valley, Arizona during the late 1950s and throughout the 1960s. Miracle Valley was known as the "Revival-Camp Meeting Capitol of the World."
A. A. Allen started "Miracle Valley Training Center and Christian School" in September 1958. Hundreds of students attended MVTC. One student declares, "Miracle Valley saved my life!" MVTC evolved into what became later known in 1963 as "Miracle Valley Bible College." Just as God confirmed Brother Allen's ministry with numerous healings and miracles in the 1950s & 1960s, God confirms His Word today as it is preached and proclaimed by holy men and women of God.
Six months before his death, A. A. Allen had a dream regarding Miracle Valley. Miracle Valley would become something of a "ghost town" but in the last days, God will restore it and Miracle Valley will become an effective center for what will become a "WORLD-WIDE REVIVAL."
In 1999, Melvin Harter Ministries obtained Miracle Valley. Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary was opened immediately, and students began arriving. Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary is now preparing students for active ministry.
