We are accustomed to asking for the presence of the Holy Spirit in meetings. We can feel His moving and hear the prophetic themes He brings. The age of Kingdom adds another dimension. Father requests the honor of our presence in the Courts and Council of Heaven. Entrepreneurial sonship has a kingly side on earth and a priestly function in Heaven.

King – A liberator who steps into his metron to release what he or she can do from their heart.

Priest – A mediator who steps into Heaven to release what God can do from his heart.

Sons – Practical and spiritual entrepreneurs (Courageous). We are called to be both priest and King!

Ps 84:7 – They go from strength to strength, every one of them appears before God in Zion. NASU

Wedding invitations request the honor of your presence on a formal card to celebrate the occasion. Father is sending those same cards in the spirit to sons right now. Kingdom includes the concept of eating at the Father’s table (Luke); the King who held a wedding for His son(s) (Matt). It becomes fairly obvious that the Kingdom includes a wedding feast, and both Kingdom and the banquet are for “now” (Rev).

Luke 22:29-30 And I confer on you a kingdom, just as my Father conferred one on me, 30 so that you may eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom and sit on thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.NIV

Matt 22:2-4 “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a king who prepared a wedding banquet for his son. 3 He sent his servants to those who had been invited to the banquet to tell them to come, but they refused to come. 4 Then he sent some more servants and said, ‘Tell those who have been invited that I have prepared my dinner: My oxen and fattened cattle have been butchered, and everything is ready. Come to the wedding banquet.’” NIV

Rev 19:7-9 For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready. 8 Fine linen, bright and clean, was given her to wear. (Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.)  9 Then the angel said to me, “Write: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!”  NIV

Not everyone wants to come – Even though the wedding feast is ongoing, and we’re instructed to invite others, not everyone wants to come, and some come improperly dressed. Father has a plan for both. The bigger question is, “What is my response to the invitation?”

Why come? – The nature of Biblical hospitality is a conversation over a meal. Father’s Council is a place for that conversation. Prayer to a distant God doesn’t describe the conversation in His Council with Father, Jesus, the 7 Spirits, etc. Prayer is mostly us talking and petitioning. The Council is interactive, an experience!

Courts – Notice in Luke 22:29-30 that the Kingdom includes eating and drinking at Father’s table, sitting on thrones (seated in heavenly places), and judging the 12 tribes of Israel. This passage points to the Courts of Heaven. We are not sentencing people to punishment. The Courts of Heaven is about taking accusations to the cross and setting captives free. We are legally removing sentences from the enemy that hold people captive. It’s a natural part of our priestly calling.

The Council – is all about doing what the Father does based on our conversations in Heaven (Jn 5:19). Notice the bride made herself ready with fine linen (righteous acts). Righteousness is not our independent “goodness or works.” It’s simply doing what the Father does because we’re on the same page. We see it in Heaven first and do it on earth second because of conversations around Father’s purpose in the Council.

The experience of sons and daughters – It’s one thing to try and build our Christian identity around the theological concept of God as our Father. The experience of going to Heaven, activating your seer gift, and bringing His Kingdom to earth is real, exciting, and fulfilling. The days of religious intellectualism are over. Kingdom is an experience with Father in the Council and operating out of Heaven’s clear purpose on earth. You have a book (a calling) that needs to be opened, read, and co-authored by you and Father. It all starts in the Courts and Council; the banquet for which Father requests the honor of your presence.

True worship is the honor of your presence in Heaven. It’s God’s idea! It’s how Kingdom keys work! It is the source of carrying His power and authority to do His and our works. It’s as big as the next Reformation! So don’t miss your invitation!

John 20:21-23 As the Father has sent me, I am sending you. 22 And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. 23 If you forgive anyone his sins, they are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.” NIV

Father sent Jesus from heaven; Jesus is sending you from the same place. Sons bring heaven’s purpose to earth.
