Walk in Truth: The Inward Working and the Union of Christ in Us

Janet and I are so blessed to have so many wonderful partners and friends. We are so grateful to the Lord for each and every one of you. Please know that we are praying for you and expecting the very best from the Lord for you and through you this year.

There is so much that is taking place in our hearts and lives at this moment. It is such a blessing to know that the Lord is the creator of time. In the depths of the Lord's vastness we can be anchored in our hearts and know that we are alive for such a time as this.

Over the last six months a deep depth and a greater depth of understanding of the knowledge of His heart, His will and His ways has been permanently laid and anchored in my heart. In turn, this expands the realm of knowing and comprehending the ways of the Lord. Oh that we may know Him this year in a greater way than every before! Exodus 33:13 says,

Now therefore, I pray You, if I found favor in Your sight, show me now Your way, that I may know You [progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with You, perceiving and recognizing and understanding more strongly and clearly] and that I may find favor in Your sight. And [Lord, do] consider this nation is Your People.

I can say that there is a weightier depth and deeper call in my heart than ever before. Even as I type this I feel a new strength and stature of Christ deep in me. This is so important in these days my friends.

I will be expounding on many things over the course of the next several months; things the Lord has written upon my heart. I pray and trust these things will stir up holy hunger and zeal for Him which brings a deep depth of His character, nature and power in all who read and hear these things.

Filled with His presence and grace

May your year be filled with His presence and grace to see a deeper depth so released in you that it forever changes you and anchors you daily in His victory. And that you will be about revealing and demonstrating the knowledge of His will throughout the nations!

Be strong, my friends, in the Lord and His mighty power. Be of good courage. Be steadfast in this, that Christ in you is the hope of Glory!

This will be a year of change and shift. But not as we suppose, but according to what He has purposed. For this we lay hold of, for this we press forward and so embrace His mighty workings in us--that His mighty power will be effectively working through us and around us to see the nations filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord.

Greater Understanding

May you be freshly filled with the full, deep and clear knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom which will bring comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of the Lord. May you have greater understanding and discernment of spiritual things, that you can walk, which is living and conducting ourselves in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him and desiring to please Him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work and steadily growing and increasing in the knowledge of the Lord with fuller and deeper and clearer insight, (Col. 1:9-10, Amplified).

We must walk in a way that demonstrates the reality of the Spirit of Truth. Not in words only, but our lives are to reveal the inward working and the union of Christ in us. This is where we walk in truth. The apostle John wrote, "I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth." (3 John 4).

Don't your hearts cry out and your spirits leap with excitement at the opportunity to know Him in a deeper and fuller way? We should hunger to see the full development and the stature of Christ in us. We must be united with Him deep in our inner man so we will live out that union of Christ in us.

There is so much change that is taking place all around us. We are seeing the times forever change. But I want to say that some of the greatest and best change is taking place deep in the hearts of those who are hungry to know Him. This is a depth we did not know, but are now being invited into. "Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit," (Matthew 7:17). Please know this friend; we will produce the same fruit as what we are in union with.

A Generation That Seeks After The Lord

We must be a generation that seeks after the Lord and becomes one with Him. Jesus said in John 14:9 that when you see Him you see the Father. Because you are united with Him, and He is united with you, you will see Him. To me, this is an awesome thing. He goes on to share how He will send the Spirit of Truth that we can be united with Him.

In the pursuit of some thing's which truly are scriptural and also a necessity we must not become misaligned in our pursuits. Our present pursuits set our course for the days ahead. Our present pursuits or courses set the courses for many in the days ahead.

I will be sharing more with you in the comings days. As I close I do want to say that we must exemplify Christ; His nature, character and power in our lives. We must have Christ's character and nature with His mighty power! This is not optional.

The change that takes place in us will be revealed out of us. As we are partakers of His divine nature in us we walk and conduct ourselves in a manner that reveals the Lord's nature.

I can confidently say that there is a great strength that is coming to the body of Christ. The Church will be strengthened in the Lord and His mighty power will release great courage and great levels of breakthrough. But this will come out of the inward work of the Holy Spirit. Inward change brings victorious living.

Get ready as an incredible depth of the jealousy of the Father is released that will bring forth a deep desire and longing for the body of Christ to walk in the full expression of Christ in us and through us. We will see the full stature of Christ nurture and strengthen in the body of Christ.

Greater degrees of Glory, Lord! Brings transformation! But where? In us! What we are in union with inwardly will be outwardly revealed! The maturity of Christ in us will be revealed out of us.

It is not a superficial gospel. It is deep calling unto deep. It is Spirit calling to spirit. It is the heart of the Father connecting to our hearts.
