Revival Follows the Anointing of the Spirit

I'm firmly convinced that great things are coming for God's people. Scripture declares, "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him" (1 Corinthians 2:9).
He desires for you to walk in His anointing and experience His power. If you want to experience this, you do not have to plead for it; all you must do is receive.
The secret of God's power is found in knowing the precious Holy Spirit. Every time the Holy Ghost is introduced, there is revival. Every time He is forgotten, there is death.

On the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was introduced and great revival came. The same thing happened when Martin Luther sought to open worship and Bible study to everyone. John Wesley is another example of a man who brought revival as a result of the Holy Spirit's anointing. As a result, generations were impacted for Jesus Christ.
Throughout history, revival has followed the anointing of the Spirit. All around the world we often find extraordinary acts of the Holy Spirit in people just like you and me.
D. L. Moody, American evangelist of the 1800s, is a wonderful example. His strong messages of faith shook many states and nations. Charles Finney, dynamic preacher of the 1800s, also carried the light of revival fires throughout America. Jonathan Edwards, eighteenth century preacher was another; although he was a preacher with virtually no emotion, he would stand strong behind the pulpit and read his sermons through thick glasses while men and women in the congregation fell under great conviction of the Spirit. There are many other examples of "ordinary" people who have been used mightily by the Holy Spirit to touch entire communities, regions and nations - from Smith Wigglesworth to John G. Lake, William Seymour, Kathryn Kuhlman, Oral Roberts, and so many other trailblazers.
As you welcome the Holy Spirit in your life, as many of these men and women in the past have done, you, too, will experience the secret of God's mighty power and revival in your life.
