--And when He hides His face, who then can see Him? Job 34, 29
Everyone knows these times. You feel deserted, alone, misunderstood and your life seems too difficult to cope up with. You long for light at the end of the tunnel but there seems to be no end. You may feel like Jeremiah in the pit of mire, sinking more and more into depression. Probably many people know what this feels like, some more and some less.
Why then does God hide His face before His people? Have you ever wondered whether you would come out of it whole? We desperately need to know what God is saying about Him hiding His face. If we do not understand this, we may wander in the desert our whole life. But on the other hand, if we do understand this truth,
we will enter the Promised Land much faster. --
