Baker and Rolland Baker arrived in Mozambique in the middle of hard
times. Working with the poorest of the poor, they made a difference by
adopting a dilapidated orphanage. The children have all kinds of
diseases and eat rats to stay alive. Heidi and Rolland began educating,
feeding, and praying for the children and experienced amazing miracles
of healing. They oversee residential orphanages and schools, caring for
700 children and have inspired many pastors to care for the poor.
