God says, there's a wave of My Spirit about to come. Only those who are prepared will meet Me, only those who are prepared will meet Me. And I'm looking for a place to hear My holy voice. I'm looking for a place that people can rejoice. I'm looking for a place that you have a choice. So build Me a place that I can speak. Build Me a place that I can speak.

The Spirit of God says, I am broadening and I am multiplying in this region. I'm causing acceleration to take place, says the Lord. I am listening to the people and their faith, watching and waiting for someone to arise and declare: open up the gates of righteousness, open up the gates of righteousness, open up the gates of righteousness!

God sent me to this soil to tell you God is going to shake everything, loosen it up, and He wants to send you a spirit of multiplication. He wants to multiply you in every single way. But He wants to hear somebody say, "Spirit we welcome you, Spirit we welcome you, Fire we welcome you."

The Spirit of God says, I am looking through this Nation for refuge, places of refuge so that there may be a hiding place and a place of refuge for My "Davids" that they may not be touched by the religious power and the demonic forces that have driven present leadership to a place of hatred, attack. I am looking for people that will raise up places of refuge for this generation to rise. For God said, even in your houses, amongst your children, tattooed on their skins, tattooed in their hearts is the love and desire to be the Voice of God. There is a fresh flow in the Spirit coming. It is coming from an open Heaven. It is coming from an open tomb. I said it is coming from an open Heaven and it's coming from an open tomb. The Spirit of God said, I will arise and take your sons and your daughters, your grandchildren and resurrect them and give them a double portion of what you had and My generals of this hour have, says the Lord of Hosts.

The Spirit of God says, a divine acceleration is taking place throughout this Nation. Some are weeping and crying and they say, "look at what happened to the House and look what happened to the Senate." This is My doing, says the Lord. For this Nation is being protected by My Spirit, by My prophets and by My apostles. The gatekeepers, even though they should be, the gatekeepers are not the Senators nor the Governors in political realms, some are and some aren't. But God said, My gatekeepers are the apostles and the prophets in hiding at this moment in time. God said, there will be a special breakthrough in this Nation over the Christmas season. They shall say, why has God chosen this time? For it is a paganistic time. No, God said, it is because My name has been spoken out. I will take the glory. I will show up, I will show off and I will take all the credit, says the Spirit of God.

This place is being filled right now with an atmosphere that will present to you an acceleration of faith, an acceleration of grace, an acceleration of favor, favor, favor, favor, favor! The Spirit of God said, favor like you have never seen. For even as Jesus stood outside Capernaum and the disciples returned and said, "even the demons are subject to us." He said, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven." The Spirit of God says, this night there shall be a descending of four forces that have controlled this region, says the Lord. There shall be a descending, a bringing down and it says in the Scriptures, Jesus said, "I saw Satan fall as if struck by light." This night your praise, this night your prayers are striking four principalities in high places bringing them to nothing. Your praise, your shouts are penetrating an atmosphere that will bring you favor, favor, favor, favor, says the Lord of Hosts.

Four spirits, four principalities that have held tight because My gatekeepers have allowed them to exist, My gatekeepers have allowed them to operate. No more. For the spirit of prognostication which runs a prognosis telling you where you will be five years from now based on present statistics has defied the Spirit of Prophecy. The Spirit of God said, I will break the power of every prognosis that exists in this building and in this region, says the Lord! Even at this present moment, prognosis is being broken over people in this building. Some of you have said, "but they have given us just a few months to live", some have said, "but they have only given us a few weeks, a few years." God's Spirit says, the flame, it has been fanned, the flame of prognosis, prognostication is being broken by the Spirit of Prophecy which is Christ.

The Spirit of God says, there is a second force that is coming down, being severely dealt with, says the Lord, tonight. The spirit of discord, it is called "Diablo". The word Diablo means to speak, to divide. Your enemy, all he has to do is blow, speak, to bring division. The spirit of Diablo that is prevalent in this region, the speaking to divide, "scandalos," to speak against your brothers. God said, that force is being dealt a severe blow by the people that have been charged in this building tonight.

You stand here in celebration of the prophetic voice, not in toleration of it. God says, if you tolerate, you will hesitate. If you celebrate the Word of the Lord, God said, you will begin to accelerate. Acceleration will immediately begin in this place tonight. God said, if you tolerate the prophetic, there will be a hesitation, slowing down. If you celebrate the prophetic voice there will be an acceleration, an acceleration that's being released right now upon you!

God says, I'm opening up the Heavens for you. Tonight God Himself has orchestrated this. There will be nine powerful miracles in this place tonight. Nine human beings will leave, the prognosis shall change, your blood shall change, two liver, one HIV. God says they will leave this building free indeed by the knowledge of the Truth.

Arise! Arise and rejoice, says the Lord. Arise and rejoice, says the Lord. For surely there is a third activity that I laugh at and I mock. For tonight even as the power of prognosis has been destroyed, even as the power of Diablo, division has been cleared in the atmosphere, the Spirit of God says, so acceleration is beginning. For God said, there is one that I shall deal with, and it is the spirit of short-sightedness, the spirit of blindness, how the enemy so easily blinds our eyes to see into the future. God said, this Nation has been blinded. It has been blinded by the news media. It has been blinded by the news media that constantly will bring statistics in the face of a God who has been rejected from schools, universities, colleges, the legal system, the political system. God said, watch Me, over the period of Christmas I will laugh, Myself. For it shall come to pass I will invade all of those areas. I will go into colleges, universities, and there shall be upheaval, there shall be upheaval, for the enemy has brought sin and so he has done this illegally. So I will bring freedom, freedom of My voice amongst the college students, amongst the schools, the kindergarten. Even preschoolers shall prophesy, says the Spirit of the Living God!

The enemy has blinded this Nation by the constant media and God says, watch Me, for I will cut it short and contradict everything it has predicted. Blindness shall be lifted and revelation shall come forth. Great revelations, for even as there was an exposure of a great political leader, Foley, and even as there was one, Ted Haggard, My own servant, who I will restore, who I will bring back, who I will once again anoint. But his voice shall be sent to the gay community of this Nation and he shall become an evangelist to the gay community of this Nation. Be not angry but pray, pray, says the Spirit of God. For even as there was an exposing of a great political leader and a great spiritual leader, so now I will expose the goodness, says the Lord. Watch Me exalt men and women of God throughout this Nation and the blindness shall be removed. And religious blindness shall be taken away and they shall say, "you need to go to North Carolina, you need to go to the Carolinas, there is something, a shaking there, something happening there. There's something that's unusual there. There's something unusual that's happening there." Something really really different, says the Lord, something unusual. For there shall be unusual manifestations, says the Lord, amongst you in this territory, says the Lord.

Get ready, there is a fourth, for those whom I called I predestined to be conformed to the image of My Son. And whom I predestine I also justify and those whom I justified, I am also glorified. Justification, says the Spirit of the Lord, has taken place as judgment has taken place all throughout this Nation. It was predicted and spoken of, but now the season of judgment in My house, in the House, in the Senate, and in the house of the Lord. Even as this has transpired, it is finished. Now comes the season of Me revealing the goodness and the greatness of some of the men and women in political realms and in spiritual realms. They said "no religion and state." There shall not be religion and state, but God said, I will link up spirit to spirit, and it shall be that I will even invade the Democratic Party and there shall be a great revival that shall take place. And I will place a Christian believer as your next President, says the Spirit of the Living God.

The fourth and final principality that I will bring to nothing is the spirit of shame, to bring shame to My people, to bring shame to this Nation, he found his way into the hearts of My people in America. But I will return, says the Lord over Christmas, and reveal some of the greatest things, and some of the most wonderful and monumental things that this Nation has ever experienced spiritually shall begin to take place beginning in your cold winter.

The Spirit of the Lord to me said, when you come to this city, things are going to be different, when you come to this State. You see, Kim, I have prepared a people that will not only celebrate the Word of the Lord but they will completely embrace what God says. They have no expectation other than God, whatever you want. We are so tired of structure, we are so tired of being walled down, we are so tired of barriers. And I heard the Word of the Lord saying to me, even as Elisha struck the waters and said, "where is the God of Elijah?" so these have done the same. They have said, "where are the miracles?" And the Spirit of God says, I will surely incline My ear to hear these that have cried to Me. For God says, from this State, there shall be an aroma that shall come. From this place there shall be a Word that shall come and God said, the multiplication shall be unusual, multiplication in property, multiplication in business, multiplication in relationships, multiplication in access, multiplication in favor as never before, multiplication in families with salvation, multiplication in deliverance. The Spirit of God said, this shall be an unusual Christmas and a year that shall never be forgotten.

God says, even as you sense the victory, as you sense the powers of the principalities of the air that have come down, it shall affect your business, it will affect your children, it will affect every aspect of your lives if you would understand this: that the prophetic word has greater power than bringing destiny; it will take away the hindrances, it will take away the blockages. It will destroy every principality and force that is standing in your way of getting to your destiny, says the Spirit of God.

I have kept my eye upon this region, for even as the prophet prayed tonight and said, is there someone that would pray for me. The Spirit says there have been waves of all kinds of things. There have been waves of miracles, there have been waves of restoration. There's been waves of abundance. There have been waves of praise, waves of worship, high praise, waves of intercession.

But God said there is a new wave that is coming, it is new to many but old to Me: it is the wave of prayer, an intimacy with God that this generation shall tap into. For God says, those that have stood with apostolic power, those that have stood in leadership have fallen asleep at the most crucial hour; they have fallen asleep at the most crucial time. When I have needed them in moments of great darkness, they have fallen asleep and I have said to them, could you not tarry with me just one hour?

And the Spirit says tonight my prayer is for this generation, can you not tarry with me through the night? For if you will I will take you to the light, I will take you to the highest place. This Nation shall be rocked. This Nation shall be stationed and set aside for a place just like Jerusalem but God says to bring the Gospel to the earth. Therefore prepare yourselves America, for even as this generation begins to understand the intimacy of prayer they will bring to shame those that have stood in leadership, and have been drunk on the wine, but a different kind of wine, and they have not stood the test of time.

When God said I wish to pray with Me, at the most crucial hour, the Spirit of God said they did not pray. But I am raising up young men and women who will indeed pray, a generation who will pray like Daniel prayed, a generation who prayed like Joseph prayed. It is inevitable that I must take young warriors, young warriors that were doomed to death but they fell on the bones of Elisha. They fell on the bones of the prophetic word that was sent into this region. And God said, they have been raised from the dead.

I am raising your children from death. I am raising them from a death that has been coming their way, the death of sin, the death of iniquity. They will fall on the prophetic bones and the words that have been spoken in this region, and your young people - I will raise them up to have a prayer of intimacy with Jesus. During the darkest hour they will not be afraid and they will pray through the night. And God says because of that I will take them to the light. I will take this generation to the light. I will send them into the political arena. I will send them into the media. I will send them to the arts. Every kingdom shall be invaded by your children and by you, says the Spirit of God.

The Spirit of the Lord says, fear not, for even as I have destroyed the power of the one that has stood in the way, even in this region, says God, I will raise up again a place where prophets can run to. I will raise up a place where the prophets will come to. And they will say, let us go there, for there is a place where God has set aside for us. Hezekiah, Hezekiah, for the Spirit of God says, even as Jezebel has taken pursuit of your children, and even as Jezebel has taken pursuit of your young men, so God said, I will cause the prophets to be protected while the spirit is rampant.

And this is one of the regions that I will use to protect the prophetic voice and to protect the people of God. Therefore rejoice tonight. For even as the prophetic word comes to you, take advantage of it, says the Lord, for there is a prophet's reward for every household. There is a prophet's reward for every one that would embrace and say yes I believe that this shall take place. This soil has been set aside to house the prophetic and to protect the prophets of this day and age.

I'm caught up in something now. I see a veil opening up. I'm hearing something come from the Spirit of the Lord. The Spirit of the Lord is telling me, even though this region has been set aside, even thought it has been set aside for many great things, there is one thing lacking. You lack one thing, and that is impartation to a degree where men and women shall not calculate and work out the times and the seasons, there is no working out of times and seasons. Forget about that. God said, My coming is imminent but do you know it is time for occupation. And there is a divine occupation that is going to take place. I want you to take over businesses, I want you to take over businesses. I want you to take over all kinds of businesses and places that have been occupied by the enemy, says the Lord. For even as you do that, I will give you those that will be filled with the spirit of wisdom and they will have knowledge.

This territory, I am not finished with you yet. You have fallen asleep. And God said, now I am looking for some that would say, God, you can trust me to pray through the night. You can trust me to pray through the fight. You can trust me to say, God, whatever you need I'm going to do it for you. And God says, you will not fall asleep for there is, there is an unusual lethargy that is upon the people, not these people, God said, upon the region. "Oh we are to relax, we are to feel good in our chairs, in our armchairs, our rocking chairs." God said, it's not time to rock on your chair. It's time to rock this generation, and rock them you shall, says the Spirit of the Living God. It's about time you learn to rock this generation. God said, I want you to rock this generation, I want you to rock them with the Rock Christ Jesus. And that's what's going to happen, says the Spirit of God.

You are going to rock this generation. You see the Rock of Ages is upon this generation. God said, the Rock that you don't even understand, is going to take them by the hand and lead them to a place that they don't want to go. They are going to go to the same place that Joseph went to. They are going to go to the same place that Daniel went to, but they won't be in captivity. God said, they will be standing there as captives of Judah and they shall say, we have the wisdom of God to tell you what your dreams are. And God said, no psychic power shall tell the kings of this era and this time what their dreams are, because God said, I'm giving you the anointing of Daniel and the anointing of Joseph and I'm releasing it to this territory, I'm releasing into this territory right now in the name of Jesus. Rock this generation with the Rock Christ Jesus.

He took a lethargy, relaxation and He said, now I'm going to take this generation and I'm going to cause them to invade this territory, just like Joseph invaded Egypt, just like Daniel invaded Babylon. God's going to raise them up in this place and they are going to take over where the devil left off, where the devil said I cannot do anything with them, they are going to take it over.

As I drove here I was unusually tired, and the Spirit of the Lord said this force that has been in this region has been removed tonight and I'm going to take Eli, the old high priest, fall out, he's going to drop dead, so that Samuel can arise. Samuel, arise as Eli drops dead.

The United States of America in the next year will experience things it never thought that it would experience, to the degree that one network shall give up and they will say, we must join forces with a Christian network. There is a Christian network that is emerging and God is going to join a secular and a Christian, spiritual Christian, not religious Christian network and it is going to become one of the most powerful voices in this Nation. It will not be the "religious right wing" God bless them. This is something so new and so cutting edge that your young people will be driven to it, and they will take this Nation and reveal the Christ that this Nation is crying out for.

This is your blessing from the prophet of the Lord tonight. And in North Carolina, God chose this soil and these people who have celebrated the prophetic to bring about a spirit of acceleration in this Nation. God says, because you have celebrated, there will be an acceleration. If you celebrate the Word of the Lord, there will be an acceleration.

This region, God has dedicated this soil for the training, raising up of prophets and protection of prophets as well and there is going to be an influx of the prophetic into this region for protection. They will run here and say, please we need help, Saul the religious force is trying to destroy us. And they will receive strength, they will just breathe, and North Carolina, you will give them what they need. You will give them the air of inspiration and the future. By God, you will do it in the name of Jesus.

America has been mocked by key Nations all over the world, but in one day the change of attitude shall be so huge that they will say, "we did wrong to this Nation that protected us when we were in times of defeat, this Nation that took us out of death and defeat and brought us to victory, we have wronged it" because of the revelations that are about to come forth and God says, and then I will place you before the world and show them what your forefathers prayed for - the Lord God Almighty.

The Spirit of God says, even as Billy Graham dies, I will raise up two of him. I will raise up two of "Billy Graham" says the Lord. God said, your soil surrendered him to Me and so shall your soil receive him. For the Spirit of God says, I will raise up two great men, no - one man and one woman, again from this soil. And God said, evangelism shall take place through the news media and the arts and in the business arena for I will cause my servant, Billy Graham, to come into the place that he has spoken of all of his life.

The Spirit of God says, I will receive My servant, Graham. God says, there will be a graduation, everything he spoke about he shall experience. Do not be sad people for in the day that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord high and lifted up. In the day that this King dies, yes he is a King, says the Lord, Billy Graham. In the day that he dies, the eyes of the prophets shall see the Lord high and lifted up. The prophetic shall gain a new dimension of sight. Please do not be sad people. God says, when King Billy Graham dies, there shall be a new level of sight, a dimension of sight that the Body of Christ has never seen. Do not say, "but is he this denomination and that?" God said, two shall be raised up who shall become two nations and forces and those that shall come from the world shall thank you. They shall say, "thank you."

The Carolinas, they shall thank those; there will be four territories around here for God said, I will raise up a force of evangelism. But God said, please listen, in the day that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord. And God says, in the day that King Billy Graham dies, the eyes of many shall be opened to who the True King is. The King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the Prince of Peace, the Rose of Sharon, Lily of the Valley, Wonderful Counselor. They shall see The King. The Spirit of God says, my servant Billy Graham as he is received, as my servant Oral Roberts is received - in the death of those, a new sight for the King of Kings shall be sent to the earth. They shall see the Lord God Jesus high and lifted up and His train filled the Temple, and the cherubim and the seraphim and the angels crying "holy, holy, holy." A new level of evangelism shall take place in America and throughout the earth, says the Lord of Hosts.

I stand on this territory and say, you've only just begun, you've only just started. There will be great houses built for prophets to come to be trained, not only to be trained but to bring to the table truth, revelation that will touch presidents, kings, paupers and prisoners alike, rich and poor. So Lord, I dedicate this soil and these people to you for this purpose.

For God said, I am doing something in Wall Street and in America there is a new source of energy that is about to come. And you will look at the Middle East and you will say to them, Ha! You have no power over us whatsoever. For God said, I am creating and have created an energy coming from strange sources. And this Nation will no longer need the Middle East for its oil. The energy that shall come shall be so strange and unusual.
