NOT ONE FEEBLE

(HEALED AND ABUNDANTLY BLESSED)

by Jim Lopez

We have heard that in 2008 the Lord is going to restore, to complete, to deliver. It is the year of new beginnings.

The Lord reminded me of something that I feel is very encouraging. When the children of Israel came out  (were delivered) from Egypt they were certainly entering into a time of new beginnings; a time not only of restoration but a time and place that would bring many new experiences  for them.

The most astounding thing however, is found in Psalms 105 verse 37.

He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.  (KJV)

Not one feeble among them! Imagine that! It is awesome enough that He brought them out with silver, gold and raiment, but not one feeble blows my mind.

2,000,000 and not one feeble

According to Exodus 12:37,38 there were 600,000 men beside children and a mixed multitude. Some estimate as many as 2,000,000 as well as flocks and much cattle.

And not one feeble among them!!!

That means if anyone was sick, he was healed. If anyone was lame, he was made whole. If anyone was blind, he was made to see. Old folks who were weak, whose natural strength had left them were given energy like they had when they were young.

There were no ambulances to transport the sick and lame.

They didn't take stretchers. They didn't take wheelchairs, or walkers.

They took no dialysis machines or heart-lung machines. Even if these things had been available to them they had no need for anything-because there were no feeble among them.

It all happened in one miraculous night

In one night the children of Israel ate the passover lamb, applied the blood to the doorposts and lintels and the power of the Holy Spirit provided deliverance, healing, and abundance.

Moses was still strong and his eyes were 20/20 when he died at 120 years old.

Deut 34:7   Moses was a hundred and twenty years old when he died, yet his eyes were not weak nor his strength gone. (NIV)

God protected and provided for them, miraculously

God did not deliver them and then leave them to fend for themselves.

No! He provided protection and guidance in the form of a cloud by day and pillar of fire by night. He fed them with manna and quail and provided water out of rocks.

He performed miracles upon miracles for them. Who would ever have thought to part the Red Sea? I would have provided a ferry or a raft or something if I were God. (Praise the Lord that I'm not) Ah, but how great is our God? He does things on a grand scale; things that we would never think of; things that leave no doubt that it is only He that can do such awesome things.

God desires to load us up with blessings

We have applied the blood and eaten of the passover Lamb,  received eternal life, and stopped there.

God desires that we take advantage of all the benefits provided by the blood of the Lamb.

When God delivers, heals, restores, completes past hopes and dreams and makes new, He desires to load us up with blessings, as we go.

When we find ourselves in dilemmas with no way out, situations that appear hopeless, circumstances that leave us caught between the devil and the deep blue sea, God wants to part our Red Sea. He wants to do something grand and supernatural for us.

.

He wants to heal us so that there will be no feeble one among us.

He wants to meet our needs and more. There is more than just having our needs met. He wants to give us an abundance so that we can abound to every good work.

2 Cor 9:8  And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. (NKJ)

He wants to heal our broken hearts.

He wants to heal relationships.

He wants us to leave 2007 and enter into 2008 with everything that we will need to accomplish our purpose.

These are kingdom blessings.

These are kingdom benefits designed to bless us, and for the ultimate

purpose of advancing the kingdom.

We can take them by force with prayer, faith and spiritual authority, or we can sit there and wait for them to fall on us like ripe apples off of a tree, as we remain in our pitiful state, and grumble and complain and die in the wilderness.

I want to come out with silver and gold and I want to be among the number who were not feeble. I want to have abundance and health

so that I can accomplish the purpose that God has for my life.

Pray for His protection and provision, with thanksgiving

Father, we your children ask you to provide for us all that you provided the Israelites. Deliver, heal, protect and guide us, and should we find ourselves in an impossible situation-- work miracles for us. We will fight the good fight. We will take the kingdom by force, and we will push back the gates of Hell. Forgive us for our apathy and teach us to war that we will subdue the enemy and advance the kingdom.

In Jesus name we pray. Amen
