Imagine yourself as a surfer standing on the shore. The ocean is vast, powerful, and full of movement. Though you can see the waves coming, you are powerless to control them. All you can do is prepare, watch, and be ready when they arrive. Similarly, the Holy Spirit is like a wave on the ocean. Despite not being able to control Him, you can position yourself, watch in faith, and be ready to move when He moves. You can trust that He will guide you and carry you forward. Just as a surfer learns to read the waves, you can learn to discern His leading.

By staying attentive and responsive, you can experience the fullness of His power and direction in your life.
In Acts 1:8, it says, "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Jesus promises that the Holy Spirit will enable the disciples to do what they cannot do in their own strength. They would boldly proclaim the gospel, perform miracles, and endure persecution.
Just as Jesus promised his disciples that they would receive power when the Holy Spirit came upon them. We will also experience that same power when the Holy Spirit rests upon us. The word power refers not only to influence, but to divine strength or ability as well. Specifically, it refers to the supernatural power that would be given to the disciples so that they could carry out God's mission.
Your existence today is not by chance. God loves you and is waiting for you to yield to his presence, allowing him to fill you so that you can ride the wave of His spirit influencing those around you. Trials will occur, setbacks will occur, discouragement will occur, but you must learn to ride the wave of God's spirit. In order for us to get in position, we must push past spiritual noise and busyness by praying, worshiping, and reading the Word. Keepiång an eye on the Holy Spirit's timing and movement is vital.
The wave of God's Spirit has already stirred the ocean. Do you want to stay on shore, or do you want to paddle out and ride His power, grace, and purpose? It is time to rise above fear and doubt, embracing the divine call to action. Let faith guide your steps as you navigate life's challenges, trusting in His strength to carry you forward. The journey may be daunting, but with His Spirit as your guide, you will overcome and thrive.

Have you ever felt stagnant or at a standstill in your life? Have you ever felt as if you were meant for more, but did not know how to attain it? In this article, I would like to discuss the concept of feeding the spirit while starving the flesh. In order to advance in God, it is essential that we are aware of what we are feeding our spirit on a daily basis. It is okay to watch television. Although you should have fun and enjoy yourself, it should not take away time to feed your spirit. Our spirits need to be fed on a daily basis with the word of God, encouragement toward activities that are aligned with our purpose, and an environment conducive to productivity if we are to move leaps and bounds in the spirit realm and have a significant impact in the Kingdom.

It is becoming increasingly evident that there is a greater desire within the body of Christ to display his power. Numerous individuals are attempting to demonstrate power, but not necessarily power from God. The only way to experience unlimited potential and to experience the supernatural glory of God is by putting ourselves in a position to receive. In my studies of Jewish meditation, I recall learning about how one can reach an unfathomable potential beyond constrained existence through taking a place in God that has no limits, something that is called an Ayin of God.

In the coming year, we will experience God in ways that will transform our environment, communities, and nation. It is my belief that God is up to some great things in the body of Christ. There have been many changes in America and throughout the world, but God will be glorified in and through all of them. El Shaddai will appear in the lives of those who stay near him, walk in faith, and remain strong in the study of God's Word in this year, according to the Lord.
